How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@wiggletails.store. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
How will I know my order was confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–5 business days. Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is not available yet.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
